+ Where are you based?
I am based in Casuarina, NSW just south of the Gold Coast, but I work with clients from all over Australia and beyond. Simply ship your product to me and I will return them once the job is complete.
+ Do you offer payment plans?
I don’t currently have a payment plan in place, but I understand cash flow in business is important so email me and we can make a plan.
+ Can you organise models and locations for the shoot?
I sure can. I use various agencies to hire models at a cost to the client with an additional organisation admin fee. Alternatively, you are welcome to book the location and models yourself and I will gladly help you with creative direction for this as well as informing the models of what they need to know before the shoot.
+ What happens to my products after the shoot?
Once the shoot has been completed I will simply return the products to the address you provide and the postage will be added to your final invoice.
+ Do you ever take on assistants?
I often put the call out for an assistant on my Instagram stories so keep an eye out there. This is for you if you would like to observe and help out on a product shoot. If you would like mentoring where I can teach you on set of a product shoot please see my Photography Coaching page.
+ When will I receive my images?
I work on a 2 week turn around from the day your job commences. This allows for test shots and any chnages you would like to make.
+ Do I need to be there at the shoot?
You are most welcome to be present at the shoot however I work with brands from all over Australia and beyond – simply ship the products to me and I will take care of the rest.
+ Do you outsource any work?
The only outsourcing I may do is for tricky Photoshop work that is beyond my skill set.
+ Do you offer custom quotes?
